BENTELER not only launches complete pre-integrated lines on the market – we also upgrade existing systems for maximum performance. An impressive example: our project at PKO do Brasil. There, we replaced central components of a competitor line with state-of-the-art BENTELER technology – including the washing machine and also the preheating channel, the main heating channel and the two pressing plants.
Our new hybrid pre-lamination furnace combines two lamination techniques, IR and convection. The result:
